A Balanced Stay

vinyl record player helpful staff

I appreciated the vinyl record player in the room. The atmosphere it set was very relaxing (it was a nice touch). The staff was friendly and helpful.

The BIGGEST issue was not being able to control the temperature in my room. The concrete floors made the room very cold.

I could not control the temperature IN my room. It was VERY frustrating. the concrete floors made me constantly cold. The opening hours were variable. the hotel felt overpriced because OF these issues.
